Tianyuan Institute of Language and Culture (Sino-Germany Tianyuan Information Co., Ltd) was founded in 1993. It is one of the earliest joint venture information companies, which deals with the international information, talented people, education and culture exchange. Over the past decade, the company has invited 3 hundreds of foreign experts, educators and teachers. For the moment, Tianyuan Information company has 2 hundreds of partner school, there are 10 thousands of students has been trained from our company. We established a strategic cooperation with some of the best universities in China. Such as: Huazhong Normal University etc. It is also this university issued certificate after training. It’s an advantage for foreign teacher to hunt a job in China.

TIFLC, the Company

Nestled in the heart of Jilin Province, Changchun TIFLC was born in July 1993 and began foreign language training education in 1995. It was first joint venture information enterprise.

Situated in the political, economic and cultural centre of a 20,571 sq. mile province, the TIFLC with its growing list of schools and with the development of an effective educational pattern has matched its mother city’s fast progress and led to the acclamation of being the most experienced agency in the theory and practice of child, teenagers and adult foreign language training thus presently catering to the need of foreign teachers in and out of the city.

TIFLC is a non-sectarian, independent, educational and cultural organization which extends its operational range in various areas such as the following:

  • asssisting schools, principally kindergarten and primary schools in and outside Changchun in the selection and employment of foreign teachers.
  • provide or place successful applicants as English tecahers in various positions.
  • functions a a bridge for cultural exchange between Chinese schools and English teachers and students. Its primary objective is to help scholls in China to set up exchange programs with schools outside the country.

It further aims to find qualified English teachers for Chinese schools and on the process assist them with cross-cultural situations such as visa processing and acquasition, apartment search and transfer and food.Tianyuan also arranges and sponsors travel, teaching and studying in China.

Because of the company’s reputation and accumulation of business relations over the years, the number of foreign experts and English teachers who trust the company is steadily on the rise.It has actually cultivated more than 300 foreign experts and some were awarded best teachers and were recognized for an outstanding contribution by the Chinese Government.
